Yoga Classes

As a Certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist I teach all levels to all ages from a holistic health perspective. Whether you are a tennis player, golfer, sailor, skier,  looking to lose weight, or suffering with physical pain, depression and anxiety,  I teach all styles of yoga tailored to individual physical and emotional needs.

All yoga classes that I guide share the fundamentals towards building core strength, balance and flexibility while exercising all the major muscle groups and major joints. The Hatha classes are a gentle approach to this goal. The Vinyasa will be an invigorating practice generating core heat. Restorative classes are a soothing and peaceful practice in which the student holds poses for lengthened periods of time. Meditation and pranayama is a component of all yoga practices that I teach. I also offer Meditation classes to benefit the mind, body and spirit. Meditation offers inner exploration to awaken creativity, healing, and transformation.
